Eat Real Food!

If you make anything a morning ritual make it a mug of warm water and the juice of half a lemon. The benefits are endless and too good to ignore (seriously, do a Google search for yourself)!

In the morning your body is dehydrated and ready to soak in whatever nutrients you give it. Lemon water is hydrating and rich in nutrients like calcium, potassium, vitamin C and pectin fiber. Vitamin C will help decrease wrinkles and blemishes and keep skin clear. It will also provide sustainable energy by helping with iron absorption. Vitamin C is also great for fighting colds and potassium stimulates brain and nerve function and helps control blood pressure.
