What do you drink?

There’s a lot of choices when it comes to what you can drink – soft drinks, fruit or vegetable juices, teas, coffees, coconut water, alcoholic drinks, smoothies etc.  If you drink the wrong beverages, it can have a negative effect on our wellbeing. Not only that, it can also be expensive.

Some of the negative effects can be fluid retention, headaches, tiredness and lethargy, constipation, toxicity and poor elimination, weight gain, constant hunger and compromised nutritional status.

The best drink

There is nothing like Pure Water (bear in mind that tap water may have added chemicals so make sure you have pure water). Make sure you consume small amount evenly throughout the day. Your body can’t survive without water.
