What is Coaching?

Coaching is about working with you to help you take action.

The coach helps you move from where you are now to where you want to be far quicker and more effectively than if you were to work alone.

The coach asks you open questions to challenge you to think about your situation from a different perspective and allow you to come up with your solution and actions to move you forward to what you want to achieve.  Coaching is extremely powerful and can generate excitement and drive when you realise that you can solve your own problems and move yourself forwards rather than being stuck. Motivation increases and success is far more likely.
