Insomnia sufferers find relief in this YouTube video.

This video shot by Johnnie Lawson has been viewed  7.778.200 in 1 year by people struggling to fall asleep and it gained a real fame after it cured hundreds of people who suffered from insomnia. Mr. Lawson said to BBC : ” People who were finding it difficult to sleep began writing to me all over the world. They started leaving me messages , saying the recordings were helping to relieve their insomnia”.

The video helps people to fall asleep but it can also be used for many other relaxation requirements , such as : fatigue, difficulty concentrating, mood disturbance, low energy, symptoms of depression, loss of interest, & motivation, feelings of hopelessness and sadness, weariness or nervosity .

If you have trouble sleeping on regular basis there are simple steps you can take to improve sleep , such as: avoid  or limit possible distractions ( computer, TV, pets) ,  avoid
