Counseling, Coaching, Psychology, Therapy

It is impossible to not communicate. We communicate verbally and non-verbally. What we say is sometimes less meaningful than how we say it or when we say it or with what actions and gestures we say it with. The outside world listens better with their eyes than with their ears. Make sure that what you say non-verbally is what you want to communicate. If you say the opposite of what you feel inside to the world, others may not understand you, because you are not being congruent with what and how you feel. Relationships are based on our communication. If we are not being congruent and clear with our communication on how we feel from within to others, we will be misperceived, misunderstood and even rejected. It will be your own responsibility to change so that the world can capture what you communicate in order for others to see you as you really are. Review your inner feeling with your outer expressions and make sure you are communicating congruently and correctly what you wish, so that others can truly see and understand who you are. Don’t close doors or separate yourself from others unintentionally. Open the doors and let them see your realness, and your spontaneity and as honestly as you are, without fear.
