Lucky Otters Haven

Some narcs have a penetrating, predatory gaze. If a person of the opposite sex looks at you this way, you may take it as sexual interest (and it could be), but watch carefully: if they do not blink this could mean they are sizing you up as prey. Whether they blink or not, if their stare makes you…

Appreciation

The Heartbeat of the Queen of Hearts

Do you give and accept appreciation??  One of the best things you can do in life is show your appreciation to others.  Many times people say, I don’t have money to give anything.  I challenge you to give a hug, give kind words, give a prayer, write a note of thanksgiving or just say thank you.  I was recently challenged with a young boy scout while going to Kroger, when I walked in the boy scout gave a wonderful pitch about the fundraiser and what would be accomplished by purchasing the card he had.  I did my shopping and when I came out of the store, I purchased 2 cards from him. He never said thank you, boy did my heart sink.  WOW teach your children that everything given to them is a gift and they should be thankful.  Be show APPRECIATION.

From the bottom of a grateful heart,

Sheryl…
